TEJADA ARIAS, Cristian Luis Antonio (2023), ““Relation between Psychosocial Risks and Occupational Exposure to SARS-COV-2 in healthcare staff, Cajamarca““, Master's Thesis. Graduate School of Medicine, Master of Medicine with a Mention in Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego. This study was carried out in the city of Cajamarca, Perú. Its objective was to determine the relationship between occupational exposure to SARS-COV-2 and the presence of occupational psychosocial risks (RPSL) in healthcare staff at the Simón Bolívar de Cajamarca Hospital (HSBC). For which a survey was applied to health workers and administrative staff of HSBC; where in addition to determining their ages, occupation and level of risk to SARS-COV-2, it was established through the CENSOPAS-COPSOQ Questionnaire short version, validated for the Peruvian reality, where according to the score obtained from each of the six dimensions to recognize the level of RPSL as the cause of stress levels in workers. Finding as results that 17% of workers have a low level of exposure to SARS-COV-2, 69% a medium level, 13% high and 1% very high. The relationship was established according to each of the six dimensions of the RPSL, using Pearson's Chi Square test; where it was found that the Psychological Demands at Work, Control over Work, Social Support and Leadership Quality and Social Capital do have a dependency relationship with the level of exposure to SARS COV-2; and that the Work-Family Conflict and Work Compensation dimensions have significant independence with the level of exposure to SARS-COV-2. Concluding that the association between the level of exposure to SARS-COV-2 and the presence of occupational psychosocial risks in HSBC healthcare staff is variable 8 according to the dimension that was evaluated in the worker through the validated questionnaire
