Dinámicas grupales para desarrollar habilidades sociales en estudiantes del 4° grado de primaria de la I.E. “Eiffel Schools” 2023

Abstract

El presente trabajo titulado como: Dinámicas grupales para desarrollar habilidades sociales en estudiantes del 4° grado de primaria de la I.E “Eiffel Schools”, de la ciudad de Trujillo en el año 2023; tuvo como objetivo general, determinar la influencia de un programa de dinámicas grupales en las habilidades sociales de los estudiantes del 4° grado de primaria de la I.E “Eiffel Schools”. La investigación se desarrolló bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada y con un diseño es pre- experimental, ya que solo se trabajó con un solo grupo (grupo experimental). La población estuvo conformada por 53 estudiantes del cuarto grado de primaria y una muestra conformada por 25 estudiantes de la ciudad de Trujillo entre ellos varones y mujeres. Se utilizó como técnica una ficha de observación y como instrumento un test validado por tres expertos para medir el nivel de habilidades sociales, con pre y post test, dicha prueba fue adaptada por las autoras, con un total de 18 ítems para medir las habilidades sociales en los estudiantes. Estos datos fueron procesados y analizados a través de una prueba estadística T Student, con un valor de 12.424 con probabilidad 0.000 siendo altamente significativa. Por lo que se concluye que las dinámicas grupales tienen un efecto positivo, ya que lograron mejorar significativamente las habilidades sociales en los estudiantes del cuarto grado de primaria de la I.E “Eiffel Schools
