The present work titled as: Group dynamics to develop social skills in 4th grade primary school students of the I.E “Eiffel Schools”, in the city of Trujillo in the year 2023; The general objective was to determine the influence of a group dynamics program on the social skills of 4th grade primary school students at the I.E “Eiffel Schools”. The research was developed under a quantitative approach, of an applied type and with a pre-experimental design, since we only worked with a single group (experimental group). The population was made up of 53 students from the fourth grade of primary school and a sample made up of 25 students from the city of Trujillo, including men and women. An observation sheet was used as a technique and as an instrument a test validated by three experts to measure the level of social skills, with pre and post test, this test was adapted by the authors, with a total of 18 items to measure social skills. in the students. These data were processed and analyzed through a Student T statistical test, with a value of 12.424 with probability 0.000 being highly significant. Therefore, it is concluded that group dynamics have a positive effect, since they managed to significantly improve social skills in fourth grade primary school students at the I.E “Eiffel Schools”.
