This work arises as a result of an investigation that has as main objective the need for improvement in the supply of fuel in each stage of supply station service Yauli-Junin. For this investigation situational each stage of the chain in the fuel supply analysis and procedures, personal, performing duties of each of the workers and end users in the chain is first made. We checked and assessed the main problems breaking up a problem and secondary problems; as well as general, specific objectives and relevant justification. The revision of terminologies and techniques that provide solutions to propose for optimal performance in the fuel supply chain was made, so it was determined that it was more appropriate use of supply chain management methodology by applying it to the chain fuel supply in each of the stages so as to implement a technique that helps to optimize the management control and so the use of the technique proposed Lean Supply. Once processed the information, the main actors in the supply chain fuel determined Yauli-Junin, which was verified by the investigation was explanatory descriptive study by a non-experimental variables without modification, causal by effect of factors, cross by measurement at one point of time, identifying the main factors that enable the implementation of the guidelines of the Integral Fuel Supply System based on process management Supply Chain (Supply Chain Management) at the station of service. The methodological design was determined using a confidence level of 95% with a sample of 133 people, and the application 01 main hypothesis and three specific hypotheses, in order to see the actual status of the service and the main shortcomings, so which the result was that the current control under any methodology was inefficient exist showing a great lack of management and control chain level. The main findings showed that there are substantial deficiencies in controls of the fuel supply chain and a lack of organization and performance of fuel supply to the mining units causing heavy losses to the company so that the implementation is recommended methodology suplly chain throughout the fuel supply chain and the implementation of lean supply technology to help reduce costs and waste.
