Objective: The present study was to determine the level of job satisfaction of the teachers of Stomatology’s Professional School, of the University Andina of Cusco, 2017. Materials and Methods: This study corresponds to descriptive, prospective and transversal research. The population was formed by 41 teachers, where 23 are male and 18 female. The type of sample selection was for convenience. The technique was the survey, Instrument the questionnaire. We performed a statistical analysis and Chi square test of homogeneity at the level of significance of 0.05. The data were processed in the SPSS version 24 statistical package for Spanish. Results: The sample studied was of 41 teachers, where the highest percentage was represented by the male sex, with 56.1% of the female sex, which was 43.9% according to age, the age group of 33 to 38 years old represented the highest (36.6%), followed by the age group of 28 to 32 years (19.5%), followed by the age group of 45 to 50 years (17.1%), followed by the age group aged 50 years and older and a lower percentage The age group 39-44 years old (12.2%). According to work experience, most of the teachers have 3 to 6 years' experience (43.9%) and the lowest percentage were those with less than 3 years (7.3%). According to the teaching condition, the contracted condition represented the highest percentage with 68.3% in relation to the named condition, which was 31.7%. Regarding the teaching category, the contractor represented the highest percentage with 46.3%, followed by the associated category (14.6%), and thelowest percentage was the main one with 4.9%. With regard to the educational system, those who work part-time for 18 hours represented the highest percentage with 73.2%, followed by full-time students at 40 hours (24.4%), and a lower percentage of those with full-time work with 2.4%. The level of satisfaction found in the present study was found that 82.9% felt satisfied with their teaching work followed by those who were very satisfied and indifferent with 7.3% respectively and in a lower percentage were dissatisfied with a single case that represents the 2.4%. According to the chi-square test, this comparison was not significant p = 0.414. Conclusions: The level of satisfaction in the teachers was satisfied followed by those of very satisfied and indifferent and in a lower percentage were the dissatisfied.
