Satisfacción laboral de los docentes de la Escuela Profesional de Estomatología de la Universidad Andina del Cusco, 2017.

Abstract

Objetivo: El presente estudio fue determinar el nivel de satisfacción laboral de los docentes de la Escuela profesional de Estomatología de la Universidad Andina del Cusco, 2017. Materiales y Métodos: Este estudio corresponde a una investigación descriptiva, prospectiva y transversal. La población estuvo formada por 41 docentes donde 23 son del sexo masculino y 18 del sexo femenino. El tipo de selección de la muestra fue por conveniencia. La técnica fue la encuesta, Instrumento el cuestionario. Se realizó un análisis estadístico y la prueba de Chi cuadrado de homogeneidad al nivel de significancia del 0.05. Los datos se procesaron en el paquete estadístico SPSS versión 24 para el español. Resultados: La muestra estudiada fue de un total de 41 docentes donde el mayor porcentaje lo representó el sexo masculino con el 56.1% en relación al sexo femenino que fue del 43.9% según edad, el grupo de edad de 33 a 38 años representó el mayor porcentaje (36.6%), seguida del grupo de edad de 28 a 32 años (19.5%), seguida del grupo de edad de 45 a 50 años (17.1%), seguida del grupo de edad de 50 años a más y en menor porcentaje el grupo de edad de 39 a 44 años (12.2%). Según la experiencia laboral la mayoría de los docentes tienen una experiencia en 3 a 6 años (43.9%) y el menor porcentaje fueron los de menos de 3 años (7.3%). Según condición docente se encontró que la condición contratado representó el mayor porcentaje con el 68.3% en relación a la condición nombrado que fue del 31.7%. Respecto a la categoría docente, la contratada representó el mayor porcentaje con el 46.3%, seguida de la categoría asociado (14.6%), y en menor porcentaje fue la principal con el 4.9%. Con respecto al régimen docente los que laboran a tiempo parcial de 18 horas representó el mayor porcentaje con el 73.2%, seguida de los de tiempo completo a 40 horas (24.4%), y en menor porcentaje los de dedicación exclusiva con el 2.4%. El nivel de satisfacción encontrado en el presente trabajo de investigación se encontró que el 82.9% se siente satisfecho de su labor docente seguida de los de muy satisfecho e indiferente con el 7.3% respectivamente y en menor porcentaje fueron los insatisfechos con un solo caso que representa el 2.4%. De acuerdo a la prueba chi cuadrado esta comparación no fue significativa p = 0.414. Conclusiones: El nivel de satisfacción en los docentes fue satisfecho seguida de los de muy satisfecho e indiferente y en menor porcentaje fueron los insatisfechos.

Objective: The present study was to determine the level of job satisfaction of the teachers of Stomatology’s Professional School, of the University Andina of Cusco, 2017. According to work experience, most of the teachers have 3 to 6 years' experience (43.9%) and the lowest percentage were those with less than 3 years (7.3%).
