The objective of this research work is to determine the connection between cooperative learning and the autonomy developed in the students of the CEBA Daniel Alcides Carrión. It was carried out with a quantitative approach of non-experimental, transversal and descriptive design, with the type of basic research, the people who were part of the study were 40, with a probabilistic sampling and the instrument chosen is the questionnaire, the validation has reliability of Alpha Cronbach's score equal to 0.896 (Cooperative Learning Questionnaire) and 0.875 (Autonomy Questionnaire). In the findings in the descriptive aspect, it was observed that 52.5% of the participants consider that cooperative learning is average, 15.0% good, another 12.5% very good, 10.0% very good, and 10.0% show that it is bad; On the other hand, in terms of autonomy, 47.5% (19) consider it to be average, 20.0% bad, another 17.5% very good, 7.5% good and, finally, only the 7.5% show that it is very bad. At an inferential level, it was determined that there is a statistically relevant correlation between cooperative learning and autonomy in the students of the intermediate cycle of Ceba Daniel Alcides Carrión, UGEL 06, 2019. (p ˂ 0.05, Spearman's rho = 0.685, being high positive correlation).
