The objective of this research work is to introduce us to the quantitative approach, of a substantive nature, of a non-experimental type and descriptive-correlational design. The sample of 183 students was determined by non-probabilistic sampling, and questionnaires were used as instruments, which were validated by expert judgment, resulting in their applicability and reliability determined by Cronbach's alpha equal to 0.754 (productive project method) and 0.756 (significant learning). The results at a descriptive level found that 47.5% indicate that the productive project method is regular, followed by 31.1% who show that it is good, 12.0% bad, another 7.7% very bad, and 1.6% (3) consider it to be very good. Regarding meaningful learning, 45.4% showed regular learning, followed by 20.8% who showed good learning, 20.8% bad, another 7.7% very bad, and 5.5% (10) very good. At an inferential level, it was found that there is a significant relationship between the productive project method and meaningful learning in students of the Clothing Industry of the I.E. (p ˂ 0.05, Spearman's Rho = 0.753, with a high positive correlation).
