The main objective of this research work is to determine the existence of a relationship between virtual learning environments and competencies in the area of Science and Technology, in Primary Education students. To do so, the hypothesis proposed proposes the existence of a significant correspondence between the variables: virtual learning environments and competencies in the area of Science and Technology. In the methodological section, it was necessary to have the quantitative approach, basic type, likewise, a non-experimental design was put into practice. The sample of this work was obtained through non-probabilistic sampling, resulting in 45 students. In the case of the instruments, a questionnaire and a rubric were taken into account, which had their particular characteristics. Finally, in conclusion, it was possible to demonstrate the existence of a direct and significant relationship between virtual learning environments and competencies in the area of Science and Technology in sixth grade primary school students of the Aprendo Creando School Educational Institution of Santa Clara of Ugel 06, during the year 2024 (p < 0.05 and Spearman's Rho = 0.768, high positive correlation).
