In the current context, APDAYC faces challenges in the virtual affiliation process, which impacts its efficiency and reach in the copyright sector in Peru. The research seeks to propose solutions to optimize this affiliation process and improve member satisfaction, expanding its analysis to the collection and distribution processes, and considering the impact of technology in operational areas. The work focuses on an in-depth analysis of the APDAYC structure, using strategic diagnostic tools, such as the EFI and EFE matrix, Porter's value chain and a focus on technological innovation. Through these tools, APDAYC's strengths and weaknesses are evaluated, as well as the opportunities and threats of the environment. It is concluded that the implementation of technological improvements in the affiliation process and royalty management, together with the optimization of its operational structure and the improvement of public perception, will contribute to APDAYC achieving a more competitive position in the sector. With an investment of $72,500 and an ROI of 24.14% in the second year, it shows that the proposal is viable.
