This paper analyzes Constitutional Court Judgment No. 194/2024, in Case No. 02024-2023-PHC/TC. The judgment examines alleged violations of fundamental rights, including the right to personal liberty, the right to dignified treatment, the right to be free from inhumane or degrading treatment, the right to judicial protection, and the right to information. The analysis focuses on the legal foundation of the conflict, doctrinally dissecting the fundamental rights in question and coherently evaluating the essential criteria for substantiating legal judgments. The sources consulted were scholarly databases, Constitutional Court rulings, law books, and legal articles. This study determines that the Constitutional Court’s ruling offers a well-founded rationale for its decision, meticulously analyzing controversial issues, such as evidentiary gaps and the determination of procedural parties—essential requisites for claims under our legal system. In conclusion, the decision issued upholds fundamental legal principles in its structure, coherence, reasoning, and layout. The judgment prioritizes effective judicial protection while respecting fundamental rights, thoroughly assessing and interpreting each criterion applied in the ruling.
