Continuously applying process improvement is essential to stand out from the competition before organizations that always try to raise the quality of their processes, assets or services. The objective of this project is to use lean service tools to apply it in maintenance services in a company that provides fire alarm services in Peru. Deficiencies in productivity were detected in the maintenance process, in this area the improvement study was prepared. The Classification, Organization, Cleaning, Standardize and Continue Improving (5S) methodology was implemented to eradicate or reduce operations that do not add value. The validation methodology of the execution proposal of the solution tools is carried out through a test carried out with the Arena software to have the results on this basis and thus validate if it is feasible to implement it as a proposal. The result obtained was a reduction in transport routes, activities were standardized, and the integrity of workers was improved. Adding to the above, the impact was significantly in the delay time of the process cycle, obtaining an increase in efficiency in improving service times to 95%.
