The company faces the challenge of fulfilling 100% of the orders of the Qali Warma program, achieving only a 47% delivery level. This underperformance is attributed to a variety of causes, including delivery delays, supply sourcing problems, and supply chain management deficiencies. The effects of these difficulties are significant, generating inventory losses, increasing operating costs and decreasing overall sales. In order to improve supply chain management and, therefore, the level of order delivery, the SCOR Model (Supply Chain Operations Reference) emerges as a key solution that allows analyzing the efficiency of processes, designing improvements and evaluate its impact. As a result of the implementation of the SCOR model, an optimal level of order fulfillment (100%), total product availability (100%) and the elimination of logistical losses and defective products were achieved. Significant improvements were recorded in all key metrics, with a 112.77% increase in order fulfillment and a 100% reduction in logistical losses and defective products. It was recommended that an exhaustive evaluation of current and potential suppliers be carried out and establishing strict quality criteria for selecting suppliers. Logistics processes should also be analyzed and improved to reduce delivery times. This includes optimizing transportation routes, improving coordination between production and logistics departments, and using technology for tracking and inventory management.
