In today's agribusiness environment, efficient efficiency management is crucial for success and competitiveness. Two prominent approaches in this field are the use of DDMRP and AHP tools which, when implemented, can improve the efficiency of the purchasing department of the studied company. The main objective of this project is to integrate these tools, where the DDMRP system was implemented to reduce the high % of emergency purchases and the difference in quantity between what is required and what is requested, while AHP was implemented to reduce the high time to generate purchase orders and that the orders arrive on the planned date. Firstly, the DDMRP tool reduced the MAPE to 11.15% and emergency purchases to 40.07%. Secondly, AHP increased the attention of requirements on the planned date to 58.06% and the percentage of time to generate a PO increased to 46.45%. This contributed to an increase in efficiency from 16.57%, resulting in a final efficiency of 62.03% for the purchasing department.
