The present research aims to analyze how students in 1st and 2nd grade of primary education at the Private Educational Institution Leader School experienced the transition from early childhood education to primary education, but in the form of virtual classes due to the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. The educational institution was not prepared to face this new change in the teaching modality, leading to a series of events and problems in the fields of telecommunications and computer science, affecting teachers, staff, and the students themselves. This new teaching format resulted in learning difficulties and psychological problems, such as underdeveloped cognitive and motor skills, in the children of the aforementioned grades. It is concluded that the educational institution is currently implementing solution activities such as creating pedagogical workshops, offering personalized counseling, and organizing integration workshops, with the aim of identifying and resolving psychological, behavioral, and learning problems. The use of these solution strategies will enable the strengthening and integral development of the students.
