Burnout syndrome and personnel turnover in administrative collaborators has been an important problem in different organizations, due to the impact on the work performance of their workers, finding themselves subject to recurrent labor rotation, which brings with it various unfavorable consequences. Therefore, the general objective is to determine the relationship that exists between burnout syndrome and staff turnover in administrative collaborators of Chiclayo, 2023 and as specific objectives, to identify the level of burnout syndrome and the level of staff turnover. The study design was non-experimental, correlational. The instruments used were the Burnout Inventory in its version adapted by Vásquez (2020) and the Personnel Rotation Questionnaire. The sample was 118 administrative employees of both sexes from a public company in Chiclayo, Peru. The findings obtained demonstrate a moderate and significant positive correlation between the 2 variables; In addition, it was found that burnout syndrome and staff turnover are at a medium level. Therefore, it is concluded that employees who present higher levels of burnout syndrome will present higher levels of staff turnover.
