In this paper, Chapter 1 will address the organization and its problematic situation, focusing on the deficient process of selection and evaluation of service providers during the initial stage of the purchasing process. This analysis will allow us to understand the implications of this deficiency and its impact on the operational efficiency of the organization. In Chapter 2, the integrated SWOT matrix is used to identify and evaluate the alternatives that can offer effective solutions to the problem posed. On the other hand, in Chapter 3, a detailed analysis of the selected strategies will be carried out, seeking to establish a clear path towards the improvement of the purchasing process and the optimization of supplier management. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations summarize the most relevant findings obtained throughout the research. In this space, the importance of an efficient supplier selection and evaluation process is reflected upon, highlighting how the proposed strategies can contribute to mitigating the identified problematic situation. In addition, practical recommendations are presented that seek to facilitate the implementation of the suggested improvements, with the aim of optimizing the purchasing process and strengthening relationships with suppliers. This closure not only summarizes the impact of the work done, but also invites the organization to adopt a proactive approach in managing its resources.
