ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to describe the psychosocial risk factors in the family-work interaction of administrative personnel during the Covid-19 pandemic. Empresa Siderúrgica del Perú S.A.A. 2021. To do this, different methods have been used such as inductive, deductive, analytical and statistical, which provided a procedure to analyze and validate the research results. In addition, different instruments were used such as interviews, bibliographic sources and surveys. Likewise, the population sample consists of 25 administrative employees of the company Sider Perú. Which were chosen according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The psychosocial risk factors in the family-work interaction of administrative personnel during the Covid-19 pandemic are the double presence in the family work and domestic environment, the emotional demand and insufficient social support. Where 52% of workers feel identified that due to the position they occupy they have had the need to regulate their emotions, 44% have had the need to be at home and at work at the same time and 68% and 80% of collaborators affirm who have received support from their superior and spouse. If the risk factors studied in themselves represent a challenge for administrative staff, during the pandemic this is greater. It is important to reduce risks and people who may not be affected in their health and emotional well-being.
