The objective of this research was to evaluate customer service at the Maternal and Child Center of Villa María del Triunfo, Lima, in 2023, using the SERVQUAL model. A descriptive research approach was adopted, with a non-experimental design. The study sample was made up of 90 users of the center, to whom a survey was administered. The results revealed that 94.4% of users consider that customer service is "in progress." The highest valued dimension was security, while the lowest valued was reliability, indicating the need for improvements in several indicators. The tangibility dimension was evaluated as "in progress" by 70% of users, suggesting that not all aspects related to this element are satisfactory. Reliability was also rated "in progress" at 45%, reflecting shortcomings in staff keeping promises and the lack of accurate user registration. The response capacity was rated as "in progress" by 61.1% of respondents, indicating that the service offered must be faster, and that it is necessary to improve communication about appointments to avoid loss of time. Security, better rated, still shows 45.6% of users who perceive indifferent attitudes on the part of the staff, which affects the feeling of security within the center. Empathy was evaluated as "in process" by 53.3% of users, reflecting that the center does not offer adequate personalized attention. However, a notable positive aspect is the center's interest in its users, maintaining direct contact with them.
