Conjunto habitacional ecológico “Villa Santa Rosa” para la iv macro región policial Loreto, en el distrito san juan bautista, maynas, Loreto - 2021”

Abstract

El presente trabajo proyectual tiene como objeto de estudio la vivienda, se fundamenta en la arquitectura residencial, específicamente en la tipología de “Conjunto Habitacional" bajo la influencia de la arquitectura ecológica orientada a la región amazónica; viviendas sostenibles, cuyo diseño está orientado al aprovechamiento responsable de los recursos, condiciones ambientales y de contexto, se desarrollará en el terreno actual de la Villa de Oficiales N° 01 de la IV Macro Región Policial Loreto. En la actualidad y con la Pandemia del COVID - 19 que se está viviendo, se observó que existen muchos conjuntos habitacionales, barrios o viviendas que no cumplen con las necesidades y el confort del usuario. “En los últimos años el ministerio de vivienda, construcción y saneamiento tiene como directriz propiciar un hábitat adecuado para el desarrollo urbano sostenible mediante la planificación y gestión promotora del suelo urbano, la disminución del déficit habitacional, el impulso en los mecanismos de acceso a la vivienda y así mismo, el Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones nos da los lineamientos para lograr un hábitat urbano sostenible, capaz de otorgar a los habitantes de la ciudad, espacios que reúnan condiciones que les permitan desarrollarse integralmente tanto en el plano físico como espiritual.” (Ministerio De Vivienda, Construcción Y Saneamiento, (2006). Recuperado de http://www.Urbanistaperu.org) En ese sentido, la siguiente tesis proyectual propone un conjunto habitacional ecológico, como alternativa de solución para el déficit habitacional de la Policía Nacional perteneciente a la IV Macro Región Policial Loreto, que permita al personal policial y su familia vivir de manera saludable y confortable.

The present project work has as object of study housing, it is based on residential architecture, specifically on the typology of "Housing Complex" under the influence of ecological architecture oriented to the Amazon region; Sustainable housing, whose design is aimed at the responsible use of resources, environmental conditions and context, will be developed on the current site of the Official Village No. 01 of the IV Macro Loreto Police Region.
