Currently and with the COVID-19 Pandemic that is being experienced, there may be many housing complexes, neighborhoods or houses that do not meet the needs and comfort of the user. “In recent years, the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation has as a guideline to promote an adequate habitat for sustainable urban development through planning and promoting management of urban land, the reduction of the housing deficit, the impulse in the mechanisms of access to the housing and likewise, the National Building Regulations give us the guidelines to achieve a sustainable urban habitat, capable of granting the city's inhabitants spaces that meet conditions that allow them to fully develop both physically and spiritually. ”(Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, (2006). National Building Regulations. Retrieved from http://www.Urbanistaperu.org) In this sense, the following project thesis proposes an ecological housing complex, as an alternative solution for the housing deficit of the National Police belonging to the IV Loreto Police Macro Region, which allows police personnel and their families to live in a healthy and comfortable way.
