Objective: Determine the association of factors and quality of nursing grades in the IPRESS Cesar Garayar García, Loreto 2023. Method: quantitative, cross-sectional, prospective and correlational in 80 nurses, to whom a survey was applied using a questionnaire and evaluation format. Result: Of the 100% of nurses surveyed, 37.5% were between (31-40) years of age, 95% were female, 70.0% worked in the critical hospitalization service, 60.0% had the academic degree of Bachelor, 36.3% have a work experience of (0-5) years, 58.8% their employment status is named, 78.8% do not have double employment, 70.0% did receive training on nursing notes in SOAPIE format, 72.5% received training (1-3) times, 42.5% never have the SOAPIE format available during their work performance, 68.8% are always supervised during their work hours, 72.5% stated that sometimes there is a lack of nurses, 51.2% that sometimes there is an excess of patients during their shift; Regarding the SOAPIE format nurse notes, 90.0% are at the satisfactory level. Conclusion: It was determined that the hospitalization service where you are working, academic degree, work experience, work condition and dual employment situation, training on nursing notes SOAPIE format, availability of SOAPIE format during your work performance, nursing supervision during your shift of work, lack of nursing staff during their shift and excess of patients during their shift was p< 0.05. However, the indicator age, sex, number of trainings p>0.05.
