Abstract: Objetivo: Determinar asociación de los factores y calidad de las notas
enfermero en la IPRESS Cesar Garayar García, Loreto 2023. Método:
cuantitativa, transversal, prospectivo y correlacional en 80 enfermeros, en
quienes se aplicó una encuesta mediante un cuestionario y formato de
evaluación. Resultado: Del 100% en enfermeros encuestados, el 37,5%
tuvieron entre (31-40) años de edad, 95% de sexo femenino, 70,0% labora
en el servicio de hospitalización crítico, el 60,0% tienen el grado académico
de Licenciado, el 36,3% tienen una experiencia laboral de (0-5) años, el
58,8% su condición laboral es nombrado, el 78,8% no tienen doble empleo,
el 70,0% si recibieron capacitación sobre notas de enfermería en formato
SOAPIE, el 72,5% recibieron capacitación de (1-3) veces, el 42,5% nunca
cuentan con disponibilidad de formato SOAPIE durante su desempeño
laboral, el 68,8% siempre son supervisados durante su hora de trabajo, el
72,5% manifestaron que a veces falta enfermeros, 51,2% que a veces
existe exceso de pacientes durante su turno; en cuanto a las notas
enfermero formato SOAPIE, 90,0% están en el nivel satisfactorio.
Conclusión: Determinó que el servicio de hospitalización donde se
encuentra laborando, grado académico, experiencia laboral, condición
laboral y situación de doble empleo, capacitación sobre notas de
enfermería formato SOAPIE, disponibilidad de formato SOAPIE durante su
desempeño laboral, supervisión de enfermería durante su turno de trabajo,
falta de personal de enfermería durante su turno y exceso de pacientes
durante su turno fue p< 0,05. Sin embargo, el indicador edad, sexo, número
de capacitaciones el p>0,05.
