The main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between work-related stress and turnover among nurses in the Surgical Center area of a private clinic in Metropolitan Lima. Given the presence of work challenges such as lack of leadership, job dissatisfaction, and excessive work hours, this research adopts a qualitative approach to understand the contextual and subjective perspective of the affected workers. In this context, three alternatives are proposed to reduce work-related stress and decrease turnover rates. After evaluating the cost analysis, feasibility, timelines, and resources for each alternative, it is concluded that the best option is to implement an Incentive Plan aimed at increasing employee motivation and satisfaction, improving labor retention rates, and aligning their goals with those of the company.
