This work summarizes the results obtained after the analysis and identification of the important problems in the technical service area of a commercial equipment sales company; In turn, the improvement proposals are summarized to increase the level of customer satisfaction in the company. Firstly, it explain the basic concepts for the development of improvement are summarized, it describes the different quality systems and processes from different points of view; The current situation is also described, the study of the processes of the after-sales area to then identify the current method where the problem is raised and the causes of these, to subsequently propose an improvement plan in accordance with the reality of the business which will allow increase the customer satisfaction index after an evaluation of the different solution alternatives with the aim of achieving economic benefits both in terms of image and customer loyalty, which is fundamental for the company. Finally, this article proposes a solution to the problem through the use of the Lean Service methodology, which has been used successfully in the industry of services
