The following study is focused on improving pedestrian mobility at the intersection of Av. Larco & José Gonzales Street to Av. Larco & Arístides Aljovín street, as interrupted and inequitable displacement of vulnerable users is observed in the study area. Therefore, the study aims to propose improvements that allow pedestrian accessibility by reducing travel times. Considering the aforementioned, the review of Manuals and regulations of sustainable urban mobility plans was carried out, as well as the collection of data from the study area. In addition, in-person and virtual surveys were conducted to analyze the mode and reason for displacement of vulnerable users in the area, as well as pedestrian flows during peak hours to then collect data on the travel time of users in the delimited area. The main objective was to propose measures that would allow the safe displacement of users, in order to improve travel times along the sidewalk. These proposals were validated through modeling in the Vissim software. In the proposal, the width of the sidewalks and ramps was modified in accordance with the regulations, as well as some light poles, utility boxes, trash cans, bus stops, and green areas that obstructed the pedestrian flow. Finally, an improvement in pedestrian travel time of 10 seconds was achieved
