In the construction sector, for the manufacture of ceramic coatings, we can see maintenance management as the most frequent problem in a production line. Insufficient planning, unscheduled stops and breakdowns in the Glazing line will harm the availability of the machines and consequently the return on investment. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a correct identification of solutions to increase the availability of the machine in this production line. Our research proposes solutions based on the TPM tools - Focused Improvement, Autonomous Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance - which seeks to implement correct planning and solutions for activities in preventive and corrective maintenance, efficiently manage resources for maintenance management at the level of technical or operational personnel and execution times of corrective and preventive activities. The company is a privately owned construction company, specifically in the production of ceramic floor and wall coverings. It has a high increase in unproductive times, which affects the availability of its maintenance management, due to unscheduled stops, breakdowns, failure to comply with preventive maintenance, operational adjustments and regulations, cleaning and delays in the replacement of consumable spare parts. The proposed increase allows for the availability of equipment for the production of ceramic coverings.
