The present research will focus on improving the productivity of labor referred to the items of ceramic floor finishes, this being the item of ceramic floor finishes in a multifamily project of socioeconomic sector A in the city of Lima, for which The Gemba Walk methodology will be applied together with Carta Balance, typical of the Lean Construction philosophy. This will be a qualitative and quantitative investigation, since in this investigation the construction processes carried out by the workers in the ceramic floor finishing items in the ARCH-TWO multifamily project were observed in order to note the incidents related to productivity in the labor. According to the information obtained, most of the direct and indirect low performance affected the lack of knowledge of the staff, the unnecessary transfer of materials and also the lack of good salary remuneration. Therefore, it was found that the implementation of these two methodologies identified the problem and helped reduce it through some conclusions.
