In the higher education classrooms disruptive behaviors have an influence on the development of classes, these behaviors are triggered by different factors; Seeing this problem this work highlights these causes, so that teachers and students of higher education, know how to cope with these behavioral changes, thus improving the negative aspects of the discipline in the classroom for the benefit of the pedagogical process, and comprehensive training under an approach by competences. The general objective of the research work is to determine the factors that affect the appearance of Disruptive Behaviors in the Under-Competency Learning in students of Agroindustrial Engineering of the National University Federico Villarreal; said behavior has been divided into two groups that are the intrinsic and extrinsic elements. The results of the investigation show the complexity of the problem regarding the management and control of discipline in the classroom; and its influence on learning. And on the other hand, through a good job of motivation, training and practice of good behaviors in learning, with all the subjects immersed in the research, good results can be achieved
