The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between Empowerment and Participation Technologies (TEP) and teaching performance in professors at the National University of Education. A quantitative approach with an applied correlational design was used, using a sample of 200 students from different specialties of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities in the year 2023. The results, supported by a Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of 0.675 and a p value of 0.003 < 0.05, indicated a moderate positive correlation, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis. It is concluded that a higher level of integration of TEP is significantly associated with better teaching performance. As a recommendation, it is urged to actively promote the effective incorporation of these technologies in teaching to improve educational quality.
