The objective of this research work was carried out at the “Carlos Medrano Vásquez de Pisco” Higher Pedagogical Institute in the context of the health emergency due to COVID 19, whose problem to solve was: How much is the tutoring system interrelated with the development of soft skills in early education students of the Carlos Medrano Vásquez Higher Pedagogical Education Institute in Pisco, within the framework of the 2020 health emergency? Hence, the main objective was to determine to what extent the tutoring system is interrelated with the development of soft skills in students of the higher institution. Therefore, the processes of the quantitative approach were used through the correlational design, because it sought to establish the connection of the variables to improve their applications. The study sample included the participation of 40 initial education students from the Carlos Medrano Vásquez Higher Pedagogical Education Institute in Pisco and a questionnaire and observation sheet were used to collect the information.
