The main objective of this research work was to determine the family climate and the attention deficit in the primary level students of the Colonel Bolognesi Emblematic Educational Institution of Tacna. The study was developed under the quantitative approach of a substantive, non-experimental, descriptive-correlational, cross-sectional design since the information will be accessed only once and at a single time. The study sample will be census, therefore, 100% of the population will be selected, consisting of 230 students. Two questionnaires for the family climate and another questionnaire for attention deficit will be applied, which will be used under the Likert scale. A significant correlation is evident between the two variables analyzed, reflected in a Spearman coefficient of 0.657. In order to test the proposed hypothesis, an examination of the p value or bilateral asymptotic significance is carried out, which yields a result of 0.00, a figure lower than the threshold of 0.05. This finding leads to the rejection of the null hypothesis and, consequently, to the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis H2. Therefore, it is inferred that there is a statistically significant association between the family environment and the presence of attention deficit disorder in primary education students belonging to the educational center located in the city of Tacna.
