The distributive leadership and personnel management skills of the Huaytará Local Educational Management Unit, year 2018, is a research that had the objective: to determine the level of relationship of distributive leadership with the personnel management skills of the Management Unit Educativa Local Huaytará, year 2018. It used a Methodology that includes a pre-experimental design, quantitative approach and correlational type. The method used was hypothetical deductive and worked with a sample of 80 UGEL workers and officials to whom two questionnaires, duly validated and reliable, were applied. The research obtained the following Results: for 38% of those surveyed, distributive leadership is regular, while for 35% it is good; 21% rate it as excellent and only 6% rate it as poor. In relation to the human resources management variable, it has been determined that for 40% the management is good; for 31% it is regular; for 18% excellent and for 11%, it is poor. With which we reach the conclusion that the exercise of distributive leadership exercised by the educational authority is related to personnel management skills, with a correlation value of 0.912 considered significant and high positive, with which and supported by the coefficient of variability, it is deduced that personnel management skills are 83.1% determined by distributive leadership exercised in the UGEL.
