The objective of this research work is to show that today students are immersed in new technologies, making them curious to understand how computer applications work, but there is a great deficiency in the use of technological tools. This research is experimental, quantitative approach and quasi-experimental design. The study sample consisted of 149 students in the 5th grade of secondary education from the Vitarte National College, from the Ate-UGEL No. 06 district, and the sample consisted of 2 sections whose number of students was 28 students, respectively. The value obtained in the general hypothesis test with a T-Student value equal to T0 = -9.583. In addition, the Asymptotic Sig=0.021 was less than 0.05. With respect to the data obtained to measure "implementation of objects", the data in the U Mann-Whitney hypothesis test is equal to 168,000; in the “method implementation” dimension it was 180,500, in the “event implementation” dimension it was 284,000, and in the “form implementation” dimension it was 173,000; Therefore, it was concluded that the results obtained in the use of the Visual Basic programming language do have a significant influence on the students.
