The objective of this research work was to determine the existence of a relationship between family social climate and social skills in third grade students. To do so, the hypothesis was raised that there was a significant correspondence between the variables: family social climate and social skills. In the methodological aspects, it was pertinent to have the quantitative approach, as well as the basic type, likewise, a non-experimental and correlational design was used, all this was working under a descriptive method. Regarding the obtaining of the sample, non-probabilistic sampling was used, resulting in 60 students. In the case of the instruments, two questionnaires were taken into account, with their particular characteristics (dichotomous and Likert). Finally, as a conclusion, the existence of a direct and significant relationship between family social climate and social skills in third grade students could be evidenced. Intermediate cycle degree of CEBA Manuel Gonzales Prada, UGEL 6, Ate Vitarte, 2022 (p < 0.05 and Spearman's Rho = 0.606, high positive correlation).
