The objective of this research work is a quantitative, applied study, the non-experimental transversal correlational design was used, 30 students participated; The sampling was non-probabilistic. In order for the variables to be measured, the questionnaire was used according to the variables (teaching strategies and learning), these obtained reliability through the Cronbach's Alpha statistic and were validated through expert judgment (0.975 and 0.964 respectively). The results indicate that 36.7% consider that the use of teaching strategies is regular, followed by 33.3% stating that it is good, another 13.3% indicate that it is very good, 10.0% indicate that it is very bad, and finally only 6.7% show that it is bad. On the other hand, regarding learning, 46.7% perceive that it is of a medium level, 20.0% who indicate that it is very high, 16.7% are of a high level, 10.0% are low and By purpose, only 6.7% is very low. The conclusion indicates that there is a significant relationship between the teaching strategies and the learning of the students of the International Business Administration specialty of the Certus Institute, 2021. (p˂ 0.05, Spearman's Rho = 0.836, with a very high positive relationship) .
