The objective of this research work was the use of songs and how that is related to the learning of the English Language in students specializing in Language, Communication and English. Its objective was to find the relationship between the study variables. For this, the quantitative approach was used, which guided the parameters and nature of the research. The type of research was descriptive with a correlational design given the need to search for a relationship between the study variables. The descriptive method was used in order to identify the manifestations of the variables. The population and sample were made up of 60 students specializing in Language, Communication and English who were studying the fourth cycle of professional studies. The data collection instruments were a questionnaire and an English language knowledge test, which were constructed, validated at the end of their contents by expert judgment. For the application of these instruments, the survey technique was used. After carrying out the hypothesis test, it was verified that there is a direct and significant relationship between the variables use of songs and learning of the English language in the aforementioned study sample.
