The objective of this research work was to establish the relationship between remote education, digital skills and the learning achievement of teachers of Public Educational Institutions in the district of Santa Anita. Developing the methodological approach used was based on a quantitative design of a basic nature, with a descriptive correlational approach, for the process of applying the instruments having as a sample of 150 IE teachers, from Santa Anita, three questionnaires were prepared on variables 1,2,3 and were validated by qualified experts to verify reliability with Cronbach's Alpha and check the consistency of the instruments obtaining a result of 0.895 being an excellent reliability. In order to process the information, the EXCEL and SPSS version 27 programs were used, for the descriptive analysis they were organized, and described with tables, numerical measures or bar graphs, levels, the frequencies and percentages of the variables and dimensions were examined for the inferential analysis. A normality test was carried out using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, which indicated a normal (parametric) distribution, which allows the hypothesis testing using the Pearson correlation coefficient 𝑅𝑅R and Linear Regression, concluding in the general hypothesis the learning achievement variable being a dependent variable, which obtained the value p = 0.000; with respect to the independent variables. In short: the better the remote education and digital competence, the better the level of learning achievement will be; Also, considering the Pearson parametric correlation, where 𝑟𝑟r for 𝑋𝑋1∗𝑌𝑌X1∗Y is 0.785 and 𝑟𝑟r for 𝑋𝑋2∗𝑌𝑌X2∗Y is 0.380, we observe a high positive correlation, indicated by the significant value of 0.785, while for 𝑋𝑋2∗𝑌𝑌X2∗Y we have a low positive correlation, represented by the lowest value of 0.380.
