Today, a company's success is based on its adaptability and value proposition. The market is constantly changing and companies must be flexible enough to meet customer needs, innovate and recover quickly from challenges or market disruptions. A solid value proposition is a fundamental pillar to stand out from the competition in quality, price and others. For the company in question, punctuality and precision are crucial factors in customer satisfaction due to the nature of the product. The company faces problems with delivery compliance, reflecting a low level of OTIF. This is due to factors such as delays in shipments, delays in production and differences in quantities in orders. This raises the need to implement improvements focused on service time, using Lean Manufacturing tools such as SMED, Standard Work, 5S, Kanban and Heijunka, the OTIF indicator will be increased in order to guarantee national and international deliveries. The application of these tools will reduce delays in dispatch, reduce delays in production and eliminate differences in order quantities, which generated an improvement in the OTIF indicator reaching 96.0%.
