This Professional Sustainability Work proposes two phases of solution to address the identified problem in the Swiss Capitals Group company, specifically in the Human Resources area. The identified problem is related to the absence of strategic planning in the Human Resources area, which leads to operational overload in the team, manual processes, delayed handling of requests, and a lack of visibility into the status of ongoing procedures. As the first phase of the solution, the implementation of an integrated management system (IMS) is proposed. This system will allow all employees to make requests and processes such as vacations, vouchers, embassy letters, work certificates, medical leaves, licenses, among others. It will also include the option for performance evaluations between leaders and their respective teams. This will enable traceability of these requests, prevent document loss, and provide online approvals to reduce processing times. Once the IMS implementation has been executed, as the second phase of the solution, the implementation of Human Resources Business Partner positions is proposed, using the same personnel currently in this area. This is because it is estimated that their operational workload will decrease with the functioning of the IMS. The goal is to have a closer alignment of the areas with the objectives set by senior management.
