The medical internship is the last stage of the medical career, and it is the moment where the pre-professional practices are carried out, where the aim is to integrate the knowledge learned during the first 6 years of the career, in addition to developing new skills. I had the opportunity to do my internship at the Centro Médico Naval “Cirujano Mayor Santiago Távara”, where I was able to rotate in the different areas stipulated by the internship. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the duration of the internship became 10 months. Objective: Describe and analyze the most relevant clinical cases assisted in my capacity as a medical intern. Methodology: Observational descriptive study of clinical cases of patients treated at the Centro Médico Naval during internship. Results: Description of 30 clinical cases observed during the medical internship at the Centro Médico Naval Conclusions: The time I spent at CEMENA was very important and rewarding, filled with the acquisition of new theoretical and practical knowledge. I learned to value each patient and to understand that they look to us to soothe their ailments and ailments. In addition, the internship at the Naval Medical Center is a good preparation to carry out the “Servicio Rural Urbano Marginal en Salud” (SERUMS), and for the different challenges that come from now on in professional life.
