The online travel agency business is a category that has been growing and developing in recent years, due to new technologies or social development brought by globalization. This category remains in a market of high movement and constant competition due to the large number of people who seek travel as the main means of relaxation and entertainment. Likewise, it is known that the main differential of the category is its capacity of personalization and attention to the user, in search of providing the most optimal experiences in order to achieve loyalty as well as recommendations to their main social circle. For this reason, the main objective of this research is to identify the relationships between the variables of perceived credibility, performance expectation, social influence and to demonstrate their impact on the behavioral intention in the category of online travel agencies. For this purpose, data were collected from 400 online agency users and SPSS Statistics and Smart Pls software will be used to process the information. Likewise, the structural equation statistic will be used to validate the relationships between variables.
