The aim of this investigation was to determinate the behavioral factors that promote safety culture in companies from logistic sector that are located in industrial zone of Callao by 2021. In order to achieve this objective, the following variables were considered: Safety culture and behavioral factors (leadership, organizational commitment, management commitment and resource allocation). In this way, the performance of the study took a mixed sequential approach. At first, there was a qualitative analysis of the context, through semi-structured interviews to specialist and responsible of the sector. After that, in quantitative approach, a multiple regression analysis was used in order to identify the behavioral factors that promote safety culture, through answered surveys by workers of logistic companies, located in the industrial zone of Callao. In conclusion, the analyzed and processed information showed as a result that management commitment, leadership and resource allocation can be considered as behavioral factors that promote safety culture in companies from logistic sector that are located in industrial zone of Callao by 2021.
