The present professional project is based on the current situation that micro and small enterprises (MSEs) face in the Hotels of Metropolitan Lima city because they are currently limited in their growth in the market. For this, from the literary reviews, the development of the proposal was based on the application of Process Management, in order to design, define and organize the existing processes inside a hotel, and thus optimize the level of service. In addition, the procedures, indicators, resources, controls and necessary formats are established for the specific process of Logistics Management. The project has five chapters. In the first chapter, it has a state of the art that is a literary compilation of articles, some success stories, a review of Peruvian regulations for a MSE and the detail of the most important concepts. In the second chapter, the diagnostic of the current situation, description of the problem and the hypothesis statement are presented. In the third chapter, the proposal of a Model for Logistic Management is developed. In the fourth chapter, the results obtained from the validation by indicators of achievement, validation by experts and evaluation of project impacts are presented. Finally, in the fifth chapter, the main conclusions and recommendations for the future are shown. As a conclusion of the project, it was determined that the present model is feasible to be implemented in the MSEs in the hotel sector of Metropolitan Lima city, by this way they can achieve development and provide a better service for the client.
