ABSTRACT There exists a large market of women who love fashion. These fashion lovers are impulse buyers; have a full closet and replenish it frequently, and in many cases they don’t know what to do with the outfits and accessories that they no longer use. On the other hand, there are those that seek quality and design; but are not susceptible to price. Trend To Be, brings a business proposal that seeks to create a community of recyclable clothing and accessories within a platform of interaction between two segments, sellers and buyers, in addition to creating consciousness about the environment. The objective target market consists of 88,000 women approximately, within Metropolitan Lima, between the ages of 18 and 30; belonging to NSE A, B, and C; that have the access, desire and sufficient income to purchase fashion clothing and/or recyclable garments via the internet. The difference between other businesses will be determined by the quality, price, environmental consciousness, and quick shipping turn around (48 hours). The communication strategy will be through a web platform and social media; Facebook and Instagram. For the initial capital investment, the company requires 70,000 soles. However, the business will only require 40% of external financing, the equivalent to 28,000 soles due to that 60% would be from personal capital investment. The return of the capital of the investors is secured in month 17 with an annual rate of return of 25% and at the end of the third year they will have a total return of S / 43,032. Trend To Be represents a profitable and scalable business, generating in the first five years a profit for its shareholders of 85% and 111% for its investors in the third year.
