In the present study the composition was determined and floral diversity of the forest Macuya (Ucayali), through five plots transects of the 0.1 hectare each one. In the same way the density is analyzed and distribution of 232 plots for studies of floral diversity, established in the Peruvian humid forest. Additionally, the analysis of the floral diversity in the Peruvian humid forest is carried out, with the inventories recompiled of 155 plots of 0.1 and 1 hectare. On the forest Macuya, the characteristic elements reported for this forest, they are quite compatible with the flora of locating summoned to court in smaller altitudes, although comparatively they register smaller values. In the forest Macuya stands out the abundance of the Rubiaceae, family that dominates typically in strata of greater altitudes. In the same way, the area basal of the Bombacaceae was found clearly favored by the presence of individuals of high diameters of the species Matisia cordata. The increase in the number of species, in agreement the area of sample is expanded, is similar al registered in the Stratum Amazon Alluvial Plain; in such a way, that the behavior of the curves species-area, indicates that the size of the sample is appropriated. The floors sampled of the forest Macuya are formed by recent material, possibly of alluvial origin, and with washes floors characteristics. As for the density and distribution of the plots for studies of floral diversity in the Peruvian Humid Forest, it evidence that the establishment of these has been hardly concentrated on some areas. In contrast, great part of the tropical humid forests of the country they have a very low plots installation intensity, existing extensive zones of territory in which not plots have been established, constituting authentic empty in the knowledge of the flora and biological diversity. On the composition and floral diversity among the places, was observed an influence of the altitude of the locations on the number of families, kinds and species. The greater quantity of kinds and species report ranks of small distribution in the zone of study; only 33 species were registered in plots of the three strata. The composition of families is similar between the locations of the Alluvial strata and Premontano, differing with those of the Montano; the high number of rare species in this last, they indicate certain tendency to the specialization and endemism. The Analysis of comparative Correspondence among the different places exposes similar generic compositions for the majority of locations of the alluvial stratum; as soon as al Premontano and Montano, some associations among places with similar composition were presented.
