The present research entitled Improvement of production processes to increase the productivity of concentrated balanced feeds for cattle in CEFOP Cajamarca, aims to propose an improvement of production processes to increase the productivity of concentrated balanced feeds for cattle in CEFOP Cajamarca. The research is descriptive, and information analysis and direct observation were used as research techniques. The analysis of the diagnosis of the production area indicates that the main critical points are the grinding of yellow corn and the mixing of inputs, to this is added a poor distribution of the production area, excessive waiting time and inadequate storage environments. The proposed production process improvement proposal would increase global productivity by 25%, that of labor by 25.11%, that of raw materials by 1.25% and that of the mixing machine by 4.38%. The proposal assumes an investment of 23,396.00, with positive balances to be recovered from the first average year after the investment, with an incremental NPV of S /. 233,943.54 and an incremental IRR of 102%, therefore, it is concluded that the process improvement proposal is profitable and viable.
