Abstract: El presente estudio tuvo como finalidad principal determinar la relación entre clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral en docentes universitarios de una Universidad Privada de Los Olivos, 2020. Se desarrolló mediante enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental de corte transeccional y alcance correlacional contando con una muestra de 100 docentes a quienes se les administró la escala de clima organizacional de Palma (2004) validada por Manrique (2021) y la escala de satisfacción laboral de Warr et al. (1979) validada por Arias et al. (2017); encontrando como resultados que existe relación positiva significativa entre clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral (rho = .721, p = .000), además existe relación positiva significativa entre satisfacción laboral con involucramiento laboral (rho = .704, p = .000), supervisión (rho = .682, p = .000), comunicación (rho = .678, p = .000), condiciones laborales (rho = .730, p = .000) y autorrealización (rho = .654, p = .000). Se concluye que la satisfacción labora se relaciona de manera directa con el clima organizacional y sus dimensiones.

The main purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction in university teachers of a Private University of Los Olivos, 2020. It was developed using a quantitative approach, a non-experimental design of a transectional cut and correlational scope with a sample of 100 teachers who were administered the organizational climate scale of Palma (2004) validated by Manrique (2021) and the job satisfaction scale of Warr et al. (1979) validated by Arias et al. (2017); finding as results that there is a significant positive relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction (rho = .721, p = .000), in addition there is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction with job involvement (rho = .704, p = .000), supervision (rho = .682, p = .000), communication (rho = .678, p = .000), working conditions (rho = .730, p = .000), and self-actualization (rho = .654, p = .000 ). It is concluded that job satisfaction is directly related to the organizational climate and its dimensions.
