In the present work we want to explain the importance of the potential of human talent management in the organization, as a way to positively influence the capacity of the collaborator, contributing, in this way, to the improvement of their organizational results and their competitiveness. In this sense, the strategic direction of human management proposes the existence of a series of intermediate stages or processes that influence the behaviors and attitudes of employees, conditioning the results of employees, such as productivity, job satisfaction, voluntary rotation, etc.., and, with them, positive results for the organization. In this casual link between human talent management and competitiveness, human management practices play a leading role because they allow the acquisition, retention and / or development of collaborators with the greatest potential to contribute to organizational performance. However, although we recognize the strategic importance of these three functions; acquisition, retention and development, their joint study is so broad that it is difficult to comprehend in a single work; therefore, this monograph has decided to focus primarily on the field of human talent and its influence with: Human talent management and competitiveness. For this, one of the strategies used by the company Xtreme People Store; they are the marketing tools (such as: social networks, advertising in magazines, advertising spots on TV and radio) to target groups of interest (Youth). It was identified that it is strategic to manage the link based on the self-knowledge of the systems involved, since there lies the success of the coupling and organizational management, towards competitiveness. As a result, it could be seen that 40% of the employees are competitive, 20% always showed human talent management and only 10% almost always showed human talent management, from which it could be deduced that these percentages helped the company will be able to position itself in the place it is.
