Once the problem, objectives, hypotheses and variables were raised, logistics management was used, in which tools of inventory turnover index, ABC and EOQ were applied, likewise, optimization was carried out through solver, in the same way, management was used A tactic whose tool was forecasting. These proposals for improvement were applied to each of the root causes presented by the company through the Ishikawa diagram, focusing on those with the greatest impact on the profitability of the company with a total of 4.
